The Rat Apolipoprotein C1 (APOC1) ELISA Kit is a highly reliable and sensitive assay designed for the accurate detection of APOC1 levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high specificity and precision, ensuring consistent and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.APOC1 is a key protein involved in lipid metabolism and plays a crucial role in regulating cholesterol levels in the body. Dysregulation of APOC1 has been linked to various metabolic disorders such as dyslipidemia, atherosclerosis, and cardiovascular diseases.
This ELISA kit allows for the precise measurement of APOC1 levels, making it a valuable tool for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Rat Apolipoprotein C1 (APOC1) ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers interested in investigating the role of APOC1 in metabolic disorders and exploring novel treatment strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
