Mouse Protein Disulfide Isomerase A4 (PDIA4) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Protein Disulfide Isomerase A4 (PDIA4) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate measurement of PDIA4 levels in mouse samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a wide range of research applications.PDIA4 is an essential enzyme involved in protein folding and assembly, playing a critical role in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Dysregulation of PDIA4 has been linked to various diseases including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and autoimmune diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and potentially identifying novel therapeutic targets.
With its user-friendly protocol and reliable performance, the Mouse PDIA4 ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers looking to study the role of PDIA4 in various biological processes and disease states. Order now to advance your research with accurate and precise measurement of PDIA4 levels in mouse samples.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
