The Mouse CD45 Monoclonal Antibody (PE/Cyanine7 Conjugated, 30-F11) is an essential tool for researchers studying immune cell biology and immunology. This antibody, offered by AssayGenie, is specifically designed to target CD45, a common leukocyte antigen found on the surface of all hematopoietic cells. With its PE/Cyanine7 conjugation, this antibody allows for fluorescent detection of CD45, enabling precise identification and analysis of various immune cell populations in flow cytometry experiments. The 30-F11 clone used in this antibody ensures high specificity and sensitivity, making it a reliable choice for immunophenotyping studies.CD45 is a crucial marker for distinguishing different immune cell types, aiding in the characterization of lymphocytes and myeloid cells.
By using the Mouse CD45 Monoclonal Antibody (PE/Cyanine7 Conjugated, 30-F11), researchers can accurately assess immune cell subpopulations in both healthy and disease states, advancing our understanding of immune responses and immune-related disorders. This antibody is an invaluable tool for researchers investigating immune cell function, hematopoiesis, and immune-related diseases such as cancer, infectious diseases, and autoimmune disorders. Its versatility and reliability make it a must-have reagent for any laboratory conducting immunological research.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use. We suggest each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results [The recommended concentration is 0.1-1 μg/106 cells in 100 μL volume].

Background:
CD45 is a 180-240 kD glycoprotein also known as the leukocyte common antigen (LCA), T200, or Ly-5. It is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family, expressed on all hematopoietic cells except mature erythrocytes and platelets. There are different isoforms of CD45 that arise from alternative splicing of exons 4, 5, and 6, which encode A, B, and C determinants, respectively. CD45 plays a key role in TCR and BCR signal transduction. These isoforms are very specific to the activation and maturation state of the cell as well as cell type. The primary ligands for CD45 are galectin-1, CD2, CD3, CD4, TCR, CD22, and Thy-1.
