Monkey Interleukin 1 Receptor Type II (IL-1R2) ELISA Kit
The Monkey Interleukin 1 Receptor Type II (IL1R2) ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for detecting levels of IL1R2 in monkey serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides consistent and reproducible results, making it suitable for various research applications.IL1R2 is a key protein involved in immune responses and inflammatory processes, playing a pivotal role in regulating the activity of interleukin-1, a pro-inflammatory cytokine.
Dysregulation of IL1R2 has been associated with various diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying and developing potential therapies for conditions such as autoimmune disorders, inflammatory diseases, and infectious diseases.Overall, the Monkey Interleukin 1 Receptor Type II (IL1R2) ELISA Kit offers a reliable and efficient method for measuring IL1R2 levels in monkey samples, enabling researchers to advance their understanding of immune responses and inflammatory mechanisms.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
