Human Interferon Gamma Inducible Protein 30 (IFI30) ELISA Kit
The Human Interferon-Gamma Inducible Protein 30 (IFI30) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate and reliable detection of IFI30 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.IFI30, also known as gamma-interferon-inducible lysosomal thiol reductase, is an important protein involved in the immune response and cellular defense mechanisms. It plays a crucial role in antigen processing and presentation, as well as in the regulation of immune signaling pathways.
Abnormal levels of IFI30 have been associated with various autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and inflammatory conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these diseases and developing potential therapeutic strategies.Overall, the Human Interferon-Gamma Inducible Protein 30 (IFI30) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers seeking to investigate the role of IFI30 in immune regulation and disease pathogenesis. With its high performance and accuracy, this kit is essential for advancing our understanding of immune responses and developing targeted therapies for a wide range of health conditions.

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
