Human CETP (Cholesteryl Ester Transfer Protein) CLIA Kit
The Human CETP (Cholesteryl Ester Transfer Protein) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of CETP levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for various research purposes.CETP is a key protein involved in lipid metabolism, playing a vital role in the transfer of cholesteryl esters between lipoproteins. Dysregulation of CETP has been linked to a variety of metabolic disorders, including cardiovascular diseases and dyslipidemia.
By measuring CETP levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into these conditions and potentially develop innovative therapeutic strategies.Overall, the Human CETP CLIA Kit is an indispensable tool for investigating the role of CETP in various physiological and pathological processes, providing researchers with valuable data to advance their research efforts.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human CETP. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human CETP and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human CETP, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human CETP. You can calculate the concentration of Human CETP in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
