The Human CD10 Monoclonal Antibody (FITC Conjugated) Hi10a (AGEL1716) is a cutting-edge research tool designed for immunoassays involving CD10, a cell surface antigen known for its role in cell signaling pathways and cellular differentiation. This monoclonal antibody, labeled with FITC for fluorescent detection, offers high specificity and sensitivity in detecting CD10 expression in human samples.CD10, also referred to as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA), is a key marker used in the diagnosis and classification of various hematological malignancies, including lymphomas and leukemias. Additionally, CD10 is involved in the regulation of certain immune responses and is expressed on a variety of cell types, making it a versatile target for immunophenotyping studies.
The FITC-conjugated CD10 monoclonal antibody Hi10a (AGEL1716) provides researchers with a reliable tool for visualizing and quantifying CD10 expression in different cell populations. Its validated compatibility with flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications makes it an essential component in studies focusing on immune cell profiling, cancer research, and diagnostic assays. Gain valuable insights into the role of CD10 in cellular processes and diseases by incorporating this innovative antibody into your experimental workflows.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD10 is a 100 kD neutral endopeptidase and a member of the metalloprotease family. It is a type II transmembrane protein also known as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA), enkephalinase, and neprilysin. CD10 is expressed on B cell precursors, T cell precursors, and neutrophils. CD10 is involved in B cell development and has been shown to bind opioid enkephalins, bradykinin, angiotensins I and II, and other biologically active peptides.
