1. Block nonspecific sites with Blocking Reagent for 20-60 minutes at room temperature.
2. Incubate blot with the primary antibody dilution for 1 hour at RT or overnight at 2-8°C.
3. Wash the membrane thoroughly and incubate with HRP-conjugate for 1 hour.
4. Prepare the Working Solution by mixing equal parts of Substrate A and B. Incubate blot for 5 minutes.
5. Place the blot in a film cassette for exposure.
