The GenieFluor Violet 450 Anti-Mouse/Human CD11b Antibody (M1/70) is a powerful tool for researchers studying immune responses and inflammatory processes. This antibody, available from Assay Genie, is specifically designed to target the CD11b protein found on the surface of mouse and human cells.CD11b, also known as integrin alpha M, is a crucial marker for identifying and studying myeloid cells, including macrophages, monocytes, and granulocytes. By binding to CD11b, the M1/70 antibody enables precise detection and analysis of these cell populations in a variety of research applications. Its high reactivity and specificity make it an essential tool for immunology, inflammation, and cancer research.
With the ability to distinguish between mouse and human CD11b, this antibody is versatile and suitable for use in a wide range of experimental settings. Whether investigating the role of myeloid cells in disease progression, evaluating immune responses in different species, or exploring the tumor microenvironment, the GenieFluor Violet 450 Anti-Mouse/Human CD11b Antibody (M1/70) provides reliable and accurate results.Enhance your research capabilities with this cutting-edge antibody from Assay Genie and unlock new insights into the complex interplay between immune cells, inflammation, and disease processes.

Background:
CD11b is a 170 kD glycoprotein also known as αM integrin, Mac-1 α subunit, Mol, CR3, and Ly-40. CD11b is a member of the integrin family, primarily expressed on granulocytes, monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells, NK cells, and subsets of T and B cells. CD11b non-covalently associates with CD18 (β2 integrin) to form Mac-1. Mac-1 plays an important role in cell-cell interaction by binding its ligands ICAM-1 (CD54), ICAM-2 (CD102), ICAM-4 (CD242), iC3b, and fibrinogen.
