The Human APOM (Apolipoprotein M) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of apolipoprotein M levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an essential tool for a wide range of research applications.Apolipoprotein M is a key protein involved in lipid metabolism and the regulation of HDL cholesterol levels. It plays a crucial role in modulating lipid transport and metabolism, making it a valuable biomarker for studying conditions such as atherosclerosis, diabetes, and metabolic disorders.
With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Human APOM ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for researchers looking to explore the role of apolipoprotein M in health and disease, and for developing potential therapeutic strategies targeting lipid metabolism.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human ApoM. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human ApoM and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human ApoM, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human ApoM. You can calculate the concentration of Human ApoM in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
