Human A Disintegrin And Metalloprotease 33 (ADAM33) ELISA Kit
The Human ADAM33 ELISA Kit is a reliable tool for detecting levels of A Disintegrin and Metalloprotease 33 (ADAM33) in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This highly sensitive and specific kit provides accurate and reproducible results, making it perfect for a variety of research applications.ADAM33 is an important enzyme involved in cell communication and tissue remodeling, with implications in diseases such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other respiratory conditions.
Understanding ADAM33 levels can provide valuable insights into disease progression and potential treatment options.By enabling researchers to measure ADAM33 levels with precision, the Human ADAM33 ELISA Kit facilitates the study of this enzyme's role in various diseases and may contribute to the development of new therapeutic strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
