The ZNF444 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB18470) is specifically designed for researchers studying the zinc finger protein 444 (ZNF444), a transcription factor that plays a key role in gene regulation. This antibody is produced in rabbits and has high reactivity with human samples, making it an ideal choice for experiments involving ZNF444.Validated for use in Western blot applications, the ZNF444 Polyclonal Antibody binds to the ZNF444 protein, enabling accurate detection and analysis in various cell types. This makes it a valuable tool for studying gene expression and regulation, particularly in the fields of molecular biology and genetics.
ZNF444 is known to be involved in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Its role as a transcription factor makes it a potential target for research into cancer, developmental disorders, and other diseases related to abnormal gene expression. By understanding the function of ZNF444, researchers can gain insights into the mechanisms underlying these conditions and potentially discover new therapeutic approaches.

Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-327 of human ZNF444 (NP_060807.2).
This gene encodes a zinc finger protein which activates transcription of a scavenger receptor gene involved in the degradation of acetylated low density lipoprotein (Ac-LDL) (PMID: 11978792). This gene is located in a cluster of zinc finger genes on chromosome 19 at q13.4. A pseudogene of this gene is located on chromosome 15. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
