The TMED6 Polyclonal Antibody (PAC06101) is a valuable tool for researchers studying TMED6, a protein involved in intracellular protein trafficking and sorting. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and is suitable for use in Western blot applications. By binding specifically to the TMED6 protein, this antibody enables the precise detection and analysis of TMED6 in various cell types.TMED6, also known as transmembrane p24 trafficking protein 6, plays a crucial role in maintaining cellular homeostasis by facilitating the transport of proteins within the cell.
Its involvement in protein trafficking makes it an important target for research in fields such as cell biology and molecular biology. Understanding the function and regulation of TMED6 can provide insights into cellular processes and potentially lead to the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting protein trafficking pathways.

IHC image of PACO61101 diluted at 1:400 and staining in paraffin-embedded human small intestine tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
