Mouse Protein Kinase, cGMP Dependent Type I (PRKG1) ELISA Kit
The Mouse cGMP-Dependent Protein Kinase Type I (PRKG1) ELISA Kit is a reliable and user-friendly assay designed for the accurate quantification of PRKG1 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell lysates. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures precise and reproducible results, making it an excellent tool for a variety of research applications.PRKG1 is a key regulator of various cellular processes, including smooth muscle relaxation, platelet activation, and gene expression. Dysregulation of PRKG1 has been linked to several diseases, such as cardiovascular disorders, pulmonary hypertension, and erectile dysfunction, highlighting its importance as a potential therapeutic target and biomarker for disease progression.
With the Mouse PRKG1 ELISA Kit, researchers can study the role of PRKG1 in different physiological and pathological conditions, paving the way for the development of novel treatments and diagnostic strategies. Elevate your research with this cutting-edge assay, exclusively from Assay Genie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
