The Mouse Lymphocyte Antigen 75 (LY75) ELISA Kit is specifically designed to accurately measure LY75 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing precise and consistent results for various research purposes.LY75, also known as DEC205, is a cell surface receptor that plays a key role in antigen processing and presentation by dendritic cells. It is involved in immune responses, particularly in T cell activation and tolerance induction.
Studies have shown that dysregulation of LY75 expression can impact immune function and contribute to autoimmune diseases and cancer progression.By utilizing the Mouse LY75 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of LY75 in immune system regulation and disease development. This kit is a valuable tool for studying immune responses, inflammatory conditions, and potential therapeutic targets related to LY75.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
