The Human VDR (Vitamin D Receptor) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of VDR levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit guarantees trustworthy and consistent results, perfect for various research purposes. The Vitamin D Receptor is a key protein that plays a vital role in the regulation of vitamin D metabolism and function. It is essential for maintaining calcium homeostasis, bone health, and immune system function.
Variations in VDR levels have been linked to various diseases such as osteoporosis, autoimmune disorders, and certain cancers, highlighting its importance as a biomarker for studying and potentially treating these conditions.Don't miss out on the opportunity to accurately quantify VDR levels with the Human VDR CLIA Kit, and enhance your research efforts in understanding the intricate role of vitamin D in human health and disease.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human VDR. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human VDR and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human VDR, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human VDR. You can calculate the concentration of Human VDR in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
