Human Solute Carrier Family 30, Member 6 (SLC30A6) ELISA Kit
The Human SLC30A6 (Solute Carrier Family 30 Member 6) ELISA Kit is a high-quality assay designed for the precise quantification of SLC30A6 levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers reliable and reproducible results, making it an indispensable tool for various research applications.SLC30A6, also known as zinc transporter 6, plays a crucial role in cellular zinc homeostasis by facilitating the transport of zinc ions across cell membranes. Dysregulation of SLC30A6 has been linked to various pathological conditions, including diabetes, neurodegenerative diseases, and cancer.
As such, measuring SLC30A6 levels can provide valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these diseases and aid in the development of novel therapeutic strategies. With its user-friendly protocol and high-performance capabilities, the Human SLC30A6 ELISA Kit is the perfect choice for researchers looking to explore the role of SLC30A6 in health and disease. Invest in this kit today and unlock new possibilities in your research endeavors.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
