Human RAB5C, Member RAS Oncogene Family (RAB5C) ELISA Kit
The Human RAB5C (Member of RAS Oncogene Family) ELISA Kit is designed for the accurate quantification of RAB5C levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research purposes.RAB5C is a member of the RAS oncogene family and plays a crucial role in intracellular membrane trafficking and signal transduction. Dysregulation of RAB5C has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and infectious diseases.
The ability to accurately measure RAB5C levels can provide valuable insights into disease pathogenesis and identify potential therapeutic targets. The Human RAB5C ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers studying the molecular mechanisms of disease and exploring novel therapeutic strategies. Its reliable performance and ease of use make it a valuable asset in the field of biomedical research.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
