Human Autophagy Related Protein 16 Like Protein 1 (ATG16L1) ELISA Kit
The Human ATG16L1 (Autophagy Related Protein 16-Like Protein 1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for detecting levels of ATG16L1 in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and reliable results, making it suitable for a wide range of research applications.ATG16L1 is a key player in the process of autophagy, a crucial cellular mechanism responsible for removing damaged organelles and proteins to maintain cell health. Dysregulation of autophagy has been implicated in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, inflammatory conditions, and neurodegenerative diseases.
As such, measuring ATG16L1 levels can provide valuable insights into disease mechanisms and help in the development of targeted therapies.By utilizing the Human ATG16L1 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain a deeper understanding of autophagy-related pathways and their implications in disease pathology. This kit offers unparalleled precision and efficiency, making it an indispensable tool for advancing scientific knowledge and potentially unlocking new treatment strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
