The GLI4 Polyclonal Antibody (PAC061526) is a vital tool for researchers studying the GLI4 protein, a transcription factor involved in the Hedgehog signaling pathway. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications.GLI4 plays a crucial role in cell development and differentiation, making it a key player in processes such as tissue patterning and embryogenesis. Dysregulation of the Hedgehog pathway, in which GLI4 is a key mediator, has been implicated in various diseases including cancer and developmental disorders.
By binding specifically to the GLI4 protein, this antibody enables the detection and analysis of GLI4 levels in different cell types, providing valuable insights for research in developmental biology, oncology, and regenerative medicine. Understanding the role of GLI4 in signaling cascades and cellular processes is essential for developing targeted therapies and interventions for conditions affected by dysregulated Hedgehog signaling.

IHC image of PACO61526 diluted at 1:300 and staining in paraffin-embedded human testis tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
