GenieFluor Red 780 Anti-Mouse Ly-6G/Ly-6C (Gr-1) Antibody [RB6-8C5]
The GenieFluor Red 780 Anti-Mouse LY-6G/LY-6C (GR-1) Antibody (RB6-8C5) is a powerful tool for researchers studying the immune system in mouse models. This antibody, developed by Assay Genie, specifically targets the LY-6G/LY-6C (GR-1) protein, enabling precise detection and analysis of these cell surface markers. With its high reactivity and specificity for mouse samples, the RB6-8C5 antibody is ideal for use in various experimental techniques, including flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry.LY-6G and LY-6C are markers associated with granulocytes and monocytes, playing important roles in immune response and inflammation. By targeting these proteins, researchers can gain insights into the function and behavior of these immune cell populations in different physiological and pathological conditions.
This antibody opens up new possibilities for investigating immune-related processes, such as infection, inflammation, and cancer progression, in mouse models.Whether studying the dynamics of immune cell populations in response to stimuli or identifying specific subsets involved in disease pathogenesis, the GenieFluor Red 780 Anti-Mouse LY-6G/LY-6C (GR-1) Antibody (RB6-8C5) provides a reliable and accurate tool for researchers in immunology, oncology, and related fields. Trust Assay Genie to deliver high-quality antibodies that drive innovative research and advance our understanding of the immune system.

Background:
Gr-1 is a 21-25 kD protein also known as Ly-6G/Ly-6C. This myeloid differentiation antigen is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked protein expressed on granulocytes and macrophages. In bone marrow, the expression levels of Gr-1 directly correlate with granulocyte differentiation and maturation; Gr-1 is also transiently expressed on bone marrow cells in the monocyte lineage. Immature Myeloid Gr-1+ cells play a role in the development of antitumor immunity.
