The CSNK1E Polyclonal Antibody (CAB10006) is a valuable tool for researchers studying CSNK1E, a critical protein kinase involved in various cellular processes including cell growth, development, and differentiation. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly specific to human samples and is validated for use in Western blot applications.CSNK1E, also known as casein kinase 1 epsilon, plays a key role in regulating cell signaling pathways that control cell proliferation and survival. Dysregulation of CSNK1E has been associated with a variety of diseases including cancer, neurological disorders, and metabolic syndromes.
By targeting CSNK1E, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these diseases and potentially identify new therapeutic targets. With its high reactivity and specificity, the CSNK1E Polyclonal Antibody enables precise detection and analysis of CSNK1E protein in various cell types, making it an essential tool for studies in molecular biology, cell biology, and drug discovery. Investigating the function of CSNK1E using this antibody may lead to the development of novel therapies aimed at targeting CSNK1E-related pathways in disease.

Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 247-416 of human CSNK1E (NP_689407.1).
The protein encoded by this gene is a serine/threonine protein kinase and a member of the casein kinase I protein family, whose members have been implicated in the control of cytoplasmic and nuclear processes, including DNA replication and repair. The encoded protein is found in the cytoplasm as a monomer and can phosphorylate a variety of proteins, including itself. This protein has been shown to phosphorylate period, a circadian rhythm protein. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.
