Description
CEBPB Monoclonal Antibody [P47A1AT] (CPAB0550)
The CEBPB Polyclonal Antibody (CPAB0550) is a valuable tool for research involving the CEBPB gene, a transcription factor that regulates gene expression in various biological processes. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity towards human samples, making it ideal for use in Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications.CEBPB is known to play a pivotal role in immune response regulation, adipogenesis, and cell differentiation. The CEBPB Polyclonal Antibody binds specifically to the CEBPB protein, facilitating the detection and analysis of its expression levels in different cell types and tissues.
This makes it a crucial tool for studies in immunology, metabolic disorders, and cancer research.Given the involvement of CEBPB in diverse cellular functions, understanding its molecular mechanisms and expression patterns is essential for unraveling its impact on health and disease. The CEBPB Polyclonal Antibody offers researchers a reliable means to investigate the role of CEBPB in various physiological and pathological conditions, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions targeting CEBPB signaling pathways.

Background: | CEBPB is an intronless gene and its protein is a bZIP transcription factor which can bind as a homodimer to certain DNA regulatory regions. CEBPB can also form heterodimers with the related proteins CEBP-alpha, CEBP-delta, and CEBP-gamma. CEBPB is important in the regulation of genes involved in immune and inflammatory responses and has been shown to bind to the IL-1 response element in the IL-6 gene, as well as to regulatory regions of several acute-phase and cytokine genes. In addition, CEBPB can bind the promoter and upstream element and stimulate the expression of the collagen type I gene. |
