The BUD13 Antibody (PAC06157) is a highly specific antibody designed for research involving the BUD13 protein, a key player in RNA splicing and gene expression regulation. This polyclonal antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly reactive with human samples and is validated for use in various applications such as Western blot and immunohistochemistry. The BUD13 protein is essential for proper RNA splicing, a crucial process in gene expression regulation. Dysregulation of RNA splicing has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders.
By targeting BUD13, researchers can study the impact of its dysfunction on gene expression and potentially identify new therapeutic targets.Furthermore, the BUD13 Antibody is an invaluable tool for researchers studying RNA splicing mechanisms and their implications in human health and disease. Its high specificity and reliability make it an ideal choice for studies in molecular biology, cancer research, and other fields where RNA processing plays a critical role. Unlock the potential of BUD13 research with this high-quality antibody.
IHC image of PACO61157 diluted at 1:500 and staining in paraffin-embedded human small intestine tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
Immunofluorescence staining of U251 cells with PACO61157 at 1:250, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
