The APC Anti-Human CD19 Antibody (HI19A) offered by Assay Genie is a cutting-edge tool for research in the field of immunology and cancer biology. This antibody is specifically designed to target CD19, a cell surface protein widely used as a biomarker for B cell-related diseases and as a target for B cell-directed therapies. The HI19A antibody, developed using advanced technology, demonstrates high specificity and sensitivity in detecting CD19 expression in human samples. Its binding affinity to the CD19 protein enables precise and reliable detection in various cell types, making it a versatile tool for a wide range of research applications. This antibody is validated for use in flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, and other immunoassays, providing researchers with flexibility in experimental design and analysis.
By accurately identifying and quantifying CD19 expression, researchers can gain valuable insights into B cell biology, immune responses, and the development of targeted therapies for diseases such as leukemia, lymphoma, and autoimmune disorders. With its high performance and reliability, the APC Anti-Human CD19 Antibody (HI19A) from Assay Genie is an indispensable resource for scientists and clinicians working to advance our understanding of B cell biology and improve the diagnosis and treatment of B cell-related disorders.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD19 is a 95 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as B4. It is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily expressed on B-cells (from pro-B to blastoid B cells, absent on plasma cells) and follicular dendritic cells. CD19 is involved in B cell development, activation, and differentiation. CD19 forms a complex with CD21 (CR2) and CD81 (TAPA-1), and functions as a BCR co-receptor.
