The ZPR1 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB15746) is a valuable tool for researchers studying ZPR1, a protein involved in cellular processes such as DNA repair and transcription regulation. This antibody, raised in rabbits, has high specificity and sensitivity for detecting ZPR1 in human samples, making it ideal for use in Western blot applications.ZPR1 is known to play a role in DNA damage response pathways and has been implicated in cancer progression and development.
By targeting ZPR1 with this antibody, researchers can gain insights into the function of this protein in various cell types and its potential implications in cancer biology.Overall, the ZPR1 Polyclonal Antibody is a reliable reagent for studies on ZPR1, offering researchers a valuable tool for investigating the role of this protein in cellular processes and disease pathways.
Product Name:
ZPR1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
SKU:
CAB15746
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit
Reactivity:
Human
Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 110-459 of human ZPR1 (NP_003895.1).
The protein encoded by this gene is found in the cytoplasm of quiescent cells but translocates to the nucleolus in proliferating cells. The encoded protein interacts with survival motor neuron protein (SMN1) to enhance pre-mRNA splicing and to induce neuronal differentiation and axonal growth. Defects in this gene or the SMN1 gene can cause spinal muscular atrophy. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
