The ZAP70 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (CAB9536) is a powerful tool for researchers studying the ZAP70 protein, a key regulator of T-cell signaling. This antibody, produced using rabbit monoclonal technology, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity towards human samples, making it ideal for use in Western blotting and immunohistochemistry applications.ZAP70 is a critical component of the T-cell receptor signaling pathway, playing a crucial role in activating and modulating T-cell responses. Dysregulation of ZAP70 has been linked to various immune-related disorders, including autoimmune diseases and certain types of leukemia.
By targeting ZAP70 with this antibody, researchers can gain insights into the function and activity of this important protein in normal and diseased states. With its exceptional reactivity and specificity, the ZAP70 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (CAB9536) is a valuable tool for investigations into immune signaling pathways, T-cell biology, and diseases involving aberrant T-cell activation. Researchers in immunology, oncology, and molecular biology will find this antibody essential for their studies on ZAP70 and its role in human health and disease.

This gene encodes an enzyme belonging to the protein tyrosine kinase family, and it plays a role in T-cell development and lymphocyte activation. This enzyme, which is phosphorylated on tyrosine residues upon T-cell antigen receptor (TCR) stimulation, functions in the initial step of TCR-mediated signal transduction in combination with the Src family kinases, Lck and Fyn. This enzyme is also essential for thymocyte development. Mutations in this gene cause selective T-cell defect, a severe combined immunodeficiency disease characterized by a selective absence of CD8-positive T-cells. Two transcript variants that encode different isoforms have been found for this gene.
