The YARS Polyclonal Antibody (CAB6791) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the YARS protein, which plays a key role in protein synthesis and amino acid metabolism. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By selectively binding to the YARS protein, this antibody enables researchers to detect and analyze YARS expression in a variety of cell types, making it an ideal choice for studies in molecular biology and biochemistry.YARS, also known as tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase, is essential for the accurate translation of genetic information into functional proteins.
Dysregulation of YARS has been implicated in a variety of diseases, including neurological disorders and cancer. By understanding the function and regulation of YARS, researchers may gain insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying these conditions, potentially leading to the development of novel therapeutic approaches.Overall, the YARS Polyclonal Antibody (CAB6791) offers researchers a reliable tool for investigating the role of YARS in cellular processes and disease pathways, ultimately contributing to advancements in the field of biomedical research.

Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases catalyze the aminoacylation of tRNA by their cognate amino acid. Because of their central role in linking amino acids with nucleotide triplets contained in tRNAs, aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases are thought to be among the first proteins that appeared in evolution. Tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase belongs to the class I tRNA synthetase family. Cytokine activities have also been observed for the human tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase, after it is split into two parts, an N-terminal fragment that harbors the catalytic site and a C-terminal fragment found only in the mammalian enzyme. The N-terminal fragment is an interleukin-8-like cytokine, whereas the released C-terminal fragment is an EMAP II-like cytokine.
