The Wnt3A Polyclonal Antibody (CAB13601) is a valuable tool for researchers studying Wnt signaling pathways and their role in development, tissue homeostasis, and disease. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly specific to the Wnt3A protein and has been validated for use in Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications.Wnt3A is a secreted glycoprotein that activates canonical Wnt signaling, playing a crucial role in embryonic development, stem cell maintenance, and tissue regeneration. Dysregulation of Wnt3A signaling has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, osteoporosis, and developmental disorders.
The Wnt3A Polyclonal Antibody allows for the detection and analysis of Wnt3A protein levels in different cell types and tissues, providing valuable insights into its physiological and pathological functions.By understanding the mechanisms of Wnt3A signaling, researchers can uncover potential therapeutic targets for diseases associated with aberrant Wnt signaling and pave the way for the development of novel treatment strategies. The Wnt3A Polyclonal Antibody is a reliable tool for investigating the complex functions of Wnt3A and its implications in health and disease.

Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-352 of human WNT3A (NP_149122.1).
The WNT gene family consists of structurally related genes which encode secreted signaling proteins. These proteins have been implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis. This gene is a member of the WNT gene family. It encodes a protein which shows 96% amino acid identity to mouse Wnt3A protein, and 84% to human WNT3 protein, another WNT gene product. This gene is clustered with WNT14 gene, another family member, in chromosome 1q42 region.
