The Wnt10a Polyclonal Antibody (CAB15602) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the Wnt signaling pathway, specifically focusing on the Wnt10a protein. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific for human samples and has been validated for use in Western blotting applications.Wnt10a is a member of the Wnt family of secreted signaling proteins that play crucial roles in development, cell growth, and tissue maintenance. Dysregulation of Wnt signaling has been implicated in a variety of diseases, including cancer, developmental disorders, and metabolic diseases. The Wnt10a Polyclonal Antibody binds specifically to the Wnt10a protein, allowing researchers to detect and analyze its expression levels in different cell types.
By studying the role of Wnt10a in various biological processes, researchers can gain a better understanding of its functions and potential implications in disease pathology. The Wnt10a Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for investigating the complex mechanisms of Wnt signaling and its potential therapeutic applications in various fields of research, including developmental biology, oncology, and regenerative medicine.

The WNT gene family consists of structurally related genes which encode secreted signaling proteins. These proteins have been implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis. This gene is a member of the WNT gene family. It is strongly expressed in the cell lines of promyelocytic leukemia and Burkitt's lymphoma. In addition, it and another family member, the WNT6 gene, are strongly coexpressed in colorectal cancer cell lines. The gene overexpression may play key roles in carcinogenesis through activation of the WNT-beta-catenin-TCF signaling pathway. This gene and the WNT6 gene are clustered in the chromosome 2q35 region.
