The WIZ Antibody (PAC060865) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the WIZ protein, a transcriptional regulator involved in a variety of cellular processes. This polyclonal antibody, generated against WIZ in rabbits, is highly specific and sensitive for detection in human samples. Validated for use in Western blot applications, the WIZ Antibody binds to the WIZ protein, enabling researchers to analyze its expression and function in different cell types.WIZ, also known as ZNF488, is a key player in gene regulation and is implicated in various biological pathways such as cell differentiation, proliferation, and development.
Its dysregulation has been linked to diseases like cancer, making it an important target for further investigation. By understanding the role of WIZ in these processes, researchers can uncover potential therapeutic strategies for treating WIZ-associated disorders.Overall, the WIZ Antibody is a reliable tool for exploring the functions of WIZ in cellular and molecular biology research. Its high specificity and sensitivity make it ideal for studies focusing on gene regulation, cancer biology, and developmental biology.

IHC image of PACO60865 diluted at 1:200 and staining in paraffin-embedded human glioma performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
