The UST Antibody (PACO60464) is a high-quality polyclonal antibody designed for research involving UST, a key player in immune regulation. This antibody, developed and validated for use in Western blot applications, is raised in rabbits and shows high reactivity with human samples.UST is a cell surface molecule that is known for its inhibitory role in immune responses, making it a crucial target for studies in immunology and cancer research. By binding to the UST protein, this antibody enables the detection and analysis of UST in various cell types, providing valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying immune regulation.
With its potential implications in diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and chronic inflammatory conditions, understanding the role of UST in immune homeostasis is essential for the development of targeted therapies. The UST Antibody (PACO60464) offers a reliable tool for researchers looking to explore the intricate functions of UST in the context of immune modulation and disease pathogenesis.

Recombinant Human Uronyl 2-sulfotransferase protein (85-183AA)
IHC image of PACO60464 diluted at 1:200 and staining in paraffin-embedded human liver cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
Background:
Sulfotransferase that catalyzes the transfer of sulfate to the position 2 of uronyl residues. Has mainly activity toward iduronyl residues in dermatan sulfate, and weaker activity toward glucuronyl residues of chondroitin sulfate. Has no activity toward desulfated N-resulfated heparin.
Synonyms:
Uronyl 2-sulfotransferase (EC 2.8.2), UST, DS2ST
