The UBR3 Polyclonal Antibody (PACO60168) is a valuable tool for researchers studying UBR3, a protein involved in the ubiquitin-proteasome system and cell cycle regulation. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high specificity for human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications.UBR3, also known as E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase UBR3, plays a key role in targeting proteins for degradation and regulating cell growth and division. Its involvement in protein turnover and cell cycle progression makes it a promising target for investigation in cancer research and other cellular processes.
By targeting UBR3 with this antibody, researchers can detect and analyze its expression levels in various cell types, providing insights into its function and potential therapeutic applications.Overall, the UBR3 Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for researchers studying UBR3 and its role in cellular processes, offering reliable and specific detection for a variety of research applications.
IHC image of PACO60168 diluted at 1:600 and staining in paraffin-embedded human colon cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with PACO60168 at 1:200, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

Background:
E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase which is a component of the N-end rule pathway. Does not bind to proteins bearing specific N-terminal residues that are destabilizing according to the N-end rule, leading to their ubiquitination and subsequent degradation.
UBR3: E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase which is a component of the N-end rule pathway. Does not bind to proteins bearing specific N- terminal residues that are destabilizing according to the N-end rule, leading to their ubiquitination and subsequent degradation.
