The TXNL4A Polyclonal Antibody (CAB10138) is a valuable tool for researchers studying TXNL4A, a protein involved in various cellular processes, including DNA repair and RNA processing. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the TXNL4A protein, this antibody enables precise detection and analysis in a wide range of cell types, making it ideal for investigations in molecular biology and cancer research.TXNL4A plays a crucial role in maintaining genomic stability and regulating gene expression, making it a promising target for studying diseases such as cancer and genetic disorders.
Understanding the functions of TXNL4A can provide insights into the mechanisms underlying these conditions and may lead to the development of novel therapeutic interventions. Researchers interested in unraveling the complexities of cellular pathways and gene regulation will find the TXNL4A Polyclonal Antibody to be an indispensable tool in their studies.

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the U5 small ribonucleoprotein particle (snRNP), and is involved in pre-mRNA splicing. This protein contains a thioredoxin-like fold and it is expected to interact with multiple proteins. Protein-protein interactions have been observed with the polyglutamine tract-binding protein 1 (PQBP1). Mutations in both the coding region and promoter region of this gene have been associated with Burn-McKeown syndrome, which is a rare disorder characterized by craniofacial dysmorphisms, cardiac defects, hearing loss, and bilateral choanal atresia. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome 2. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
