The TRNT1 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB17699) is a valuable tool for research involving TRNT1, a key enzyme involved in tRNA maturation and translation regulation. This antibody, produced in rabbits, has high reactivity with human samples and is optimized for Western blot applications. By binding specifically to the TRNT1 protein, this antibody allows for accurate detection and analysis in a variety of cell types, making it ideal for studies in molecular biology and RNA processing research.
TRNT1 plays a crucial role in maintaining protein synthesis fidelity by ensuring proper tRNA modification and stability. Dysregulation of TRNT1 has been implicated in various human diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Investigating the function of TRNT1 using this antibody can provide valuable insights into its role in disease pathogenesis and potential therapeutic interventions.
Product Name:
TRNT1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
SKU:
CAB17699
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit

Human,Mouse,Rat
Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 135-434 of human TRNT1 (NP_886552.2).
The protein encoded by this gene is a CCA-adding enzyme which belongs to the tRNA nucleotidyltransferase/poly(A) polymerase family. This essential enzyme functions by catalyzing the addition of the conserved nucleotide triplet CCA to the 3' terminus of tRNA molecules. Mutations in this gene result in sideroblastic anemia with B-cell immunodeficiency, periodic fevers, and developmental delay. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
