The TRIM27 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB16065) is a valuable tool for researchers studying TRIM27, a protein involved in cellular processes such as signaling pathways and immune response regulation. This antibody is raised in rabbits and has high reactivity with human samples, making it well-suited for use in Western blot applications. By binding to TRIM27, this antibody enables detection and analysis of the protein in a variety of cell types, making it an essential tool for studies in immunology, cancer research, and beyond.
TRIM27 is known for its role in regulating immune responses and has been implicated in various disease processes, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions. Understanding the function and regulation of TRIM27 is crucial for developing targeted therapies that modulate immune responses and potentially treat these diseases effectively. With the TRIM27 Polyclonal Antibody, researchers can delve deeper into the mechanisms involving TRIM27 and pave the way for new advances in the field.
Product Name:
TRIM27 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
SKU:
CAB16065
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit
Reactivity:
Human,Mouse,Rat
Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-200 of human TRIM27 (NP_006501.1).
This gene encodes a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. This protein localizes to the nuclear matrix. It interacts with the enhancer of polycomb protein and represses gene transcription. It is also thought to be involved in the differentiation of male germ cells. Fusion of the N-terminus of this protein with the truncated C-terminus of the RET gene product has been shown to result in production of the ret transforming protein.
