The TRAF4 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB7047) is a valuable tool for research involving TRAF4, a protein known for its role in multiple cellular processes, including signal transduction, immune response, and cell growth. This antibody, developed in rabbits, demonstrates high specificity and sensitivity in detecting TRAF4 in human samples, making it an essential tool for Western blot applications.TRAF4, a member of the TNF receptor-associated factor (TRAF) family, is involved in various signaling pathways that regulate immune responses and cell proliferation. Its dysregulation has been implicated in diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammation.
By targeting TRAF4 with this antibody, researchers can gain insight into its function and potential as a therapeutic target in these disease contexts. This TRAF4 Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable asset for immunology and cancer research, enabling the detection and analysis of TRAF4 in different cell types and tissues. Its high reactivity and reliability make it an essential tool for understanding the role of TRAF4 in various biological processes and disease states.

This gene encodes a member of the TNF receptor associated factor (TRAF) family. TRAF proteins are associated with, and mediate signal transduction from members of the TNF receptor superfamily. The encoded protein has been shown to interact with neurotrophin receptor, p75 (NTR/NTSR1), and negatively regulate NTR induced cell death and NF-kappa B activation. This protein has been found to bind to p47phox, a cytosolic regulatory factor included in a multi-protein complex known as NAD(P)H oxidase. This protein thus, is thought to be involved in the oxidative activation of MAPK8/JNK. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed but the full-length nature of only one has been determined.
