Description
TNNI3 Paired Monoclonal Antibody (CPAB0658)
The TNni3 Paired Antibody (CPAB0658) is a valuable tool for researchers studying troponin I (TNni3), a protein involved in regulating muscle contraction. This paired antibody set, consisting of a capture and detection antibody, is specifically designed for use in ELISA assays to quantitatively measure TNni3 levels in biological samples. With high sensitivity and specificity towards TNni3, these antibodies have been validated for use with human samples, providing reliable and accurate results. By targeting TNni3, researchers can gain insight into various muscle-related conditions, including cardiac muscle damage and skeletal muscle disorders.
The TNni3 Paired Antibody set is essential for studies examining the role of TNni3 in muscle function and disease. Its ability to measure TNni3 levels accurately makes it a valuable tool for research in cardiology, muscle biology, and overall muscle health. By understanding the regulation of TNni3, researchers can develop potential therapies for muscle-related ailments and improve patient outcomes.

Background: | Troponin I (TnI), troponin T (TnT) and troponin C (TnC) form the troponin complex of the thin filaments of striated muscle. TnI is acts as the inhibitory subunit by blocking actin-myosin interactions and thereby mediating striated muscle relaxation. The TnI subfamily contains 3 genes: TnI-skeletal-fast-twitch, TnI-skeletal-slow-twitch, and TnI-cardiac. The TNNI3 gene encodes the TnI-cardiac protein and is exclusively expressed in cardiac muscle tissues. Mutations in the TNNI3 gene cause familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy type 7 (CMH7) and familial restrictive cardiomyopathy (RCM). |
