Description
TNNI1 Monoclonal Antibody [PAT36E7A] (CPAB0581)
The cTnI Polyclonal Antibody (CPAB0581) is a valuable tool for researchers studying cardiac troponin I (cTnI), a key protein involved in regulating cardiac muscle contractions. This antibody, raised in rabbits, has high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications.cTnI is a critical biomarker for diagnosing myocardial infarction and other cardiac diseases. Research on cTnI can provide valuable insights into cardiac function and the development of cardiovascular therapies.
By targeting the cTnI protein, this antibody enables researchers to detect and analyze cTnI expression in various cell types, making it ideal for studies in cardiology and cardiovascular research.Understanding the role of cTnI in cardiac muscle function is essential for advancing our knowledge of heart disease and developing targeted treatment strategies. The cTnI Polyclonal Antibody offers researchers a reliable tool for investigating the function and regulation of cTnI in both healthy and diseased cardiac tissue.

Background: | Troponin I, (TNNI1) is a member of the troponin I family. Troponin complex has 3 subunits, TNNI1 known as the inhibitory Subunit which prevents the actin-myosin interactions and thus mediating striated muscle relaxation. TNNI1 combines with tropomyosin and regulates calcium sensitivity of striated muscles by structural modifications in actin-myosin complexes. |
