The TNFRSF4 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB3646) is a valuable tool for researchers studying TNFRSF4, a cell surface receptor involved in immune response modulation. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and is validated for use in Western blot experiments. By binding specifically to the TNFRSF4 protein, this antibody enables accurate detection and analysis in various cell types, making it an essential component for studies in immunology and cancer research.
TNFRSF4, also known as OX40, is a co-stimulatory molecule that plays a crucial role in regulating T cell function and promoting immune responses. Its involvement in immune regulation makes it a promising target for research on autoimmune diseases, cancer, and inflammatory conditions. By investigating the function of TNFRSF4, researchers can gain insights into immune system dysfunction and develop novel therapeutic strategies to manipulate immune responses effectively.

A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100-200 of human CD134/OX40 (NP_003318.1).
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor has been shown to activate NF-kappaB through its interaction with adaptor proteins TRAF2 and TRAF5. Knockout studies in mice suggested that this receptor promotes the expression of apoptosis inhibitors BCL2 and BCL2lL1/BCL2-XL, and thus suppresses apoptosis. The knockout studies also suggested the roles of this receptor in CD4+ T cell response, as well as in T cell-dependent B cell proliferation and differentiation.
