Description
TGFB2 Monoclonal Antibody (CPAB0726)
The TGFB2 Polyclonal Antibody (CPAB0726) is a vital tool for researchers studying transforming growth factor beta 2 (TGFB2), a crucial cytokine involved in cell growth, differentiation, and immune response regulation. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity for detecting TGFB2 in human samples, validated for use in Western blot applications.TGFB2 is a key player in various physiological processes, including tissue regeneration, wound healing, and immune system modulation. Dysregulation of TGFB2 has been linked to diseases such as cancer, fibrosis, and autoimmune disorders, making it a promising target for therapeutic interventions.
The TGFB2 Polyclonal Antibody enables researchers to detect and analyze TGFB2 expression in diverse cell types, facilitating investigations in immunology, oncology, and tissue repair. With its ability to selectively bind to TGFB2, this antibody is a valuable tool for unraveling the complex mechanisms underlying TGFB2-mediated cellular responses. By expanding our understanding of TGFB2's roles in health and disease, researchers can pave the way for the development of novel treatments targeting TGFB2 signaling pathways.

Background: | TGFB2 is a 27.08 kDa protein having two identical 118 amino acid peptide chains linked by a single disulfide bond. TGFB2 is part of a family of five related cytokines that have an extensive variation of normal and neoplastic cells, indicating the importance of these homo-dimmer proteins as multi-functional regulators of cellular activity. The three mammalian isoforms of TGF-b (TGFb1, TGFb2 and TGFb3) signal through the same receptor and stimulate similar biological responses. They are involved in physiological processes as embryogenesis, tissue remodelling and wound healing. |
