Description
TGF b Monoclonal Antibody [hTGF-b] (CPAB0035)
The TGF-Î’ Antibody (CPAB0035) offered by Assay Genie is a valuable tool for researchers studying TGF-Î’ signaling pathways and their role in various biological processes. TGF-Î’, a cytokine that plays a key role in cell growth, proliferation, differentiation, and immune response regulation, is involved in numerous pathologies including cancer, fibrosis, and autoimmune diseases. This rabbit polyclonal antibody is highly specific to human TGF-Î’ and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. It binds to the TGF-Î’ protein, allowing for accurate detection and analysis in a variety of cell types.
Its reliability and sensitivity make it an ideal choice for studies in immunology, cancer research, and other fields where TGF-Î’ signaling is of interest.By enabling researchers to investigate the mechanisms of TGF-Î’ signaling and its impact on cellular function, this antibody can contribute to a better understanding of disease processes and the development of targeted therapies. Its versatility and effectiveness make it a valuable resource for exploring the complex biology of TGF-Î’ in health and disease.

Background: | Transforming growth factor betas (TGFBetas) mediate many cell-cell interactions that occur during embryonic development. Three TGFBetas have been identified in mammals. TGFBeta1, TGFBeta2 and TGFBeta3 are each synthesized as precursor proteins that are very similar in that each is cleaved to yield a 112 amino acid polypeptide that remains associated with the latent portion of the molecule. This antibody reacts with the precursor and mature form of TGFBeta2 and to a lesser extent TGFBeta3, but does not cross react with TGFBeta1. |
