The TBKBP1 Polyclonal Antibody (PACO62387) is a valuable tool for researchers studying TBKBP1, a protein involved in immune signaling pathways. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly specific to human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the TBKBP1 protein, this antibody enables precise detection and analysis in various cell types, making it an essential component for studies in immunology and cancer research.TBKBP1, also known as TANK-binding kinase 1-binding protein 1, plays a crucial role in immune response regulation by modulating signaling cascades involved in inflammation and antiviral defense.
Its function in immune signaling pathways makes it a promising target for research into diseases such as cancer, viral infections, and autoimmune disorders. Understanding the role of TBKBP1 in immune regulation is vital for developing targeted therapies that manipulate immune responses in different disease contexts.

Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with PACO62387 at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
