Description
TBCB Monoclonal Antibody [PAT1F6AT] (CPAB0609)
The TBCB Polyclonal Antibody (CPAB0609) is a valuable tool for researchers studying TBCB, a protein involved in microtubule binding and regulation. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly specific and reactive with human samples, making it ideal for use in Western blot applications to detect and analyze TBCB levels in various cell types.TBCB, also known as Tubulin-folding cofactor B, plays a crucial role in maintaining the structure and function of microtubules, essential components of the cell's cytoskeleton. Dysregulation of TBCB has been linked to various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a promising target for therapeutic development.
By studying the function of TBCB, researchers can gain insights into its role in cellular processes and potentially uncover novel treatment strategies for related conditions.Overall, the TBCB Polyclonal Antibody (CPAB0609) is a reliable tool for investigating the functions and implications of TBCB in cell biology and disease pathogenesis, offering valuable insights for advancing research in these areas.

Background: | TBCB is a member of the Microtubules family. Biosynthesis of functional microtubules include the involvement of a number of chaperones, termed Tubulin folding cofactors A (TBCA), B (TBCB), C (TBCC), D (TBCD) and E (TBCE), which operate on folding intermediates downstream of the cytosolic chaperon, known as TCP. The 244 amino acid cytoplasmic protein TBCB has one CAP-Gly domain and is universally expressed. TBCB takes part in the regulation of tubulin heterodimer dissociation and operates as a negative regulator of axonal growth. |
