The Tank Polyclonal Antibody (CAB6763) is a valuable tool for research involving Tank, a protein that plays a crucial role in regulating immune responses. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly reactive with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the Tank protein, this antibody enables the detection and analysis of Tank in various cell types, making it an essential resource for studies in immunology and cancer research.Tank is involved in immune regulation and has been linked to modulating inflammatory responses and inhibiting allergic reactions.
Its role in immune homeostasis makes it a promising target for research on diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and chronic inflammatory conditions. Understanding the functions of Tank is key to developing therapies that can manipulate immune responses in these disease contexts.Overall, the Tank Polyclonal Antibody (CAB6763) offers researchers a reliable tool for investigating the role of Tank in immune regulation and its potential implications for various diseases.

The TRAF (tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor) family of proteins associate with and transduce signals from members of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. The protein encoded by this gene is found in the cytoplasm and can bind to TRAF1, TRAF2, or TRAF3, thereby inhibiting TRAF function by sequestering the TRAFs in a latent state in the cytoplasm. For example, the protein encoded by this gene can block TRAF2 binding to LMP1, the Epstein-Barr virus transforming protein, and inhibit LMP1-mediated NF-kappa-B activation. Three alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
