The Syncrip Polyclonal Antibody (CAB7219) is a valuable tool for research involving Syncrip, a protein known for its role in regulating mRNA translation and processing. This antibody, produced in rabbits, has high reactivity with human samples and is validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to Syncrip, researchers can detect and analyze the protein in various cell types, making it ideal for studies in RNA biology, neurobiology, and developmental biology.Syncrip, also known as hnRNP Q, is a multifunctional protein that plays a crucial role in post-transcriptional gene regulation. Its involvement in mRNA transport and localization makes it a key player in processes like neuronal development and synaptic plasticity.
The study of Syncrip is essential for understanding how dysregulation of mRNA metabolism contributes to neurodevelopmental disorders and neurodegenerative diseases.Overall, the Syncrip Polyclonal Antibody is a powerful tool for researchers aiming to unravel the intricate mechanisms of mRNA regulation and its impact on cellular function and disease pathology. By targeting Syncrip, this antibody opens up avenues for discoveries in fields like neuroscience, molecular biology, and biomedical research.

Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-200 of human hnRNP Q /hnRNP Q/SYNCRIP (NP_001153146.1).
This gene encodes a member of the cellular heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) family. hnRNPs are RNA binding proteins that complex with heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA) and regulate alternative splicing, polyadenylation, and other aspects of mRNA metabolism and transport. The encoded protein plays a role in multiple aspects of mRNA maturation and is associated with several multiprotein complexes including the apoB RNA editing-complex and survival of motor neurons (SMN) complex. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene, and a pseudogene of this gene is located on the short arm of chromosome 20.
