The SNED1 Polyclonal Antibody (PACO60252) is a valuable tool for researchers studying SNED1, a protein involved in the development and function of the kidney. This rabbit-derived antibody is highly specific to human SNED1 samples and has been validated for use in various applications, including Western blotting.SNED1, also known as secreted nuclear protein 1, is essential for proper kidney development and function. Dysregulation of SNED1 has been implicated in various kidney diseases and disorders, making it a promising target for further research in nephrology and related fields.
By utilizing the SNED1 Polyclonal Antibody, researchers can accurately detect and analyze SNED1 protein levels in different cell types and tissues, providing valuable insights into its role in kidney health and disease. This antibody is a valuable tool for advancing our understanding of SNED1's functions and potential therapeutic applications in kidney-related conditions.

IHC image of PACO60252 diluted at 1:400 and staining in paraffin-embedded human liver tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
