The SKOR2 Polyclonal Antibody (PAC061931) is a valuable tool for researchers studying SKOR2, a protein involved in immune regulation and potentially affecting immune responses. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding specifically to the SKOR2 protein, this antibody enables accurate detection and analysis in a variety of cell types, making it ideal for studies in immunology and cancer research.
SKOR2, also known as a potential immune modulator, is believed to play a crucial role in immune system function by potentially regulating inflammation and immune responses. Understanding the function of SKOR2 is essential for advancing research into diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and chronic inflammatory conditions. By targeting SKOR2, scientists may uncover new therapeutic targets for modulating immune responses in various disease contexts.
IHC image of PACO61931 diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human prostate cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
Immunofluorescence staining of K562 cells with PACO61931 at 1:50, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
IHC image of PACO61931 diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human colon cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system.
