Description
s100A11 Monoclonal Antibody [PAT20D11AT] (CPAB0659)
The S100A11 Polyclonal Antibody (CPAB0659) is a valuable tool for researchers studying S100A11, a protein involved in various cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, and inflammation. This antibody, generated in rabbits, has high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By specifically binding to the S100A11 protein, this antibody allows for precise detection and analysis in a variety of cell types, making it an ideal choice for studies in cancer research and immunology.S100A11, also known as S100 calcium-binding protein A11, has been implicated in cancer progression, inflammation, and tissue repair processes.
Its role in these pathways makes it an attractive target for research into cancer therapies and inflammatory diseases. Understanding the functions of S100A11 is crucial for developing novel treatments that can effectively target these processes and potentially improve patient outcomes.Overall, the S100A11 Polyclonal Antibody is a reliable tool for researchers seeking to investigate the role of S100A11 in various biological processes, ultimately contributing to a better understanding of disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets.

Background: | S100A11 is a member of the S100 family of proteins which contains two EF-hand calcium-binding motifs and is thought to be involved in the regulation of a number of cellular processes including cell cycle progression and differentiation. S100A11 may function in motility, invasion and tubulin polymerisation. S100 proteins are localized either in the cytoplasm or the nucleus of a wide range of cells. There are at least 13 members in the S100 gene family, which are located as a cluster on chromosome 1q21. Chromosomal rearrangements and altered expression of S100A11 have been implicated in tumor metastasis. |
