The RhoH Polyclonal Antibody (CAB6356) is a valuable tool for researchers studying RhoH, a protein involved in immune system regulation and cell signaling pathways. This antibody, generated in rabbits, is highly specific for human samples and is suitable for use in Western blot applications. By targeting the RhoH protein, this antibody allows for precise detection and analysis in a variety of cell types, making it ideal for investigations in immunology and cancer research.RhoH, a member of the Rho GTPase family, plays a crucial role in regulating immune cell function and controlling cellular processes such as migration and adhesion. Dysregulation of RhoH has been linked to autoimmune diseases, inflammatory conditions, and cancer progression, making it a promising target for therapeutic development.
By understanding the function of RhoH, researchers can potentially uncover new strategies for treating these complex diseases.Overall, the RhoH Polyclonal Antibody (CAB6356) offers researchers a reliable tool for exploring the role of RhoH in immune system function and disease pathology. Its specificity and sensitivity make it a valuable asset for studies aiming to unravel the intricate mechanisms of immune regulation and identify potential therapeutic targets for a range of disorders.

Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-191 of human RHOH (NP_004301.1).
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Ras superfamily of guanosine triphosphate (GTP)-metabolizing enzymes. The encoded protein is expressed in hematopoietic cells, where it functions as a negative regulator of cell growth and survival. This gene may be hypermutated or misexpressed in leukemias and lymphomas. Chromosomal translocations in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma occur between this locus and B-cell CLL/lymphoma 6 (BCL6) on chromosome 3, leading to the production of fusion transcripts. Alternative splicing in the 5' untranslated region results in multiple transcript variants that encode the same protein.
